Terms of service

These terms apply when you browse or buy from olvstudiosa.com, run by OLV Studio SA ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Personalised products
Our jewellery and keyrings are engraved to order using the photo, text, font and options you choose. Please check spelling, dates and photo choice before you pay. We engrave the faces in your photo (we don't engrave photo backgrounds), and emojis cannot be engraved. If something in your order won't engrave clearly, we'll contact you on WhatsApp before engraving.

2. Photos and content you send
You confirm you have the right to use any photo or text you send us. We only use your photos to make your order, unless you give us separate permission (for example, to share your piece on social media).

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before going ahead.

4. Production and delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times after dispatch are estimates from our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Locker parcels must be collected within the time stated in your courier PIN message.

5. Returns and refunds
Because every piece is personalised, engraved items can't be returned for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right. See our Refund policy and 12-Month Promise. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

6. Product care
Our stainless steel is waterproof and tarnish-resistant. Small variations in engraving tone and photo detail are normal and are not defects.

7. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy and in line with POPIA.

8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
